How do I place an order online?
Ordering is easy! Simply pick your favorite stationary, customize your design, and click on the ‘Add To Cart’ button at the bottom each design page. You will then be prompted to enter all your information and complete payment. Once you complete this process, you will then be taken to a thank you page and sent a confirmation email. Can I place my order(s) by phone?
Yes. Simply give us a call at 519-626-9410 with your information and a representative will place your order over the phone.

Do you offer a Santa letter for newborns?
Yes. We understand how important a baby’s first Christmas can be! That’s why we offer 2 special letters written just for newborns. Just place your order as normal using our simple checkout process and select one of the baby’s first christmas message.

I have more than 1 child, will they receive the same letter?
No.Unlike other Santa Letter websites, GreetingsFromSanta.ca sends each child in the same household their very own, unique letter of your choice. If you decide you want the children to have the same then you make this choice. But you have the option of creating many different letters and backgrounds.

What are my payment options?
We accept online orders using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express using PayPal. You do not need an account with PayPal to pay. Simply enter your credit card information in the fields and hit submit. We also accept money orders.

Do you charge sales tax?
Yes.Sales tax will only be charged for orders that are shipped within Canada (5%).

When will my child’s letter be shipped?
All orders are PROCESSED within 48 hours. However, all letters will be mailed out the first 1 week of December.

How do I know if my order went thru?
Once you’ve completed the ordering process, the last page will be the thank you for ordering page. We will also send you a confirmation email which contains your order details.

Be sure to add the @greetingsfromsanta.ca domain to your SAFE SENDERS list in your email software.

Do you have a Money Back Guarantee?
Yes! It’s extremely important to us that all GreetingsFromSanta.ca customers are 100% satisfied with their child’s Letter From Santa. We offer a 30 day, no questions asked, return policy. If you or your child are not completely satisfied, simply send it back and receive 100% of your purchase price.
